5 ways to feed your curiosity

If you’re still curious about inner conflict, doing these things will give you a deeper dive.

  1. Notice signs others may be torn. A friend endlessly talks an issue over and over without conclusion. A colleague uses ‘balancing’ gestures as if uncertain about something. Try asking questions to see if there’s an inner conflict somewhere there.

  2. Think back on times when you yourself felt torn. What triggered that feeling? What did you do next? Did you hesitate, think again, ask a friend, search online? Did you resolve things? If so, how? If not, how could you get unstuck?

  3. Log on to our Instagram posts. Take a look at our real-life stories; headline insights; and how-to guides. Which are most interesting to you? Which might be most useful?

  4. Dip deeper into these website pages. You’ll find resources for those torn, and for those supporting the torn. Do you know people in these situations?

  5. Listen to our 30-minute podcasts, where we unpack the what, why and how of being torn. Or our 50 minute podcasts of first-person stories where we explore real life experiences and the lessons they offer.
